Party ideas for those who are celebrating a hall mark birthday at the 21st or 100th year will have a decidedly different focus. The sentiment will be the same but the dancing will be dissimilar. A clam bake on the beach may be perfect for the 21-year-old but whether that takes a retro sixties theme or just the use of contemporary favorites is to be discussed beforehand.
The 100-year-old might like the beach party decorations but indoors at the retirement center might be a better location and a short afternoon party will allow for everyone’s nap. The occasion might be more important to the guests but the guest of honor will probably benefit from brevity.

Sweet dreams are laced with thoughts of gifts and prizes. Not a day goes by in the life of a child without the bewildering wish for things that they don’t have. The situation is exacerbated when adults send them to birthday parties carrying gifts intended for someone else who is getting many such things.

Keeping the age of the party guests in mind it may be possible to award music CD’s from the bargain table or similar nicer but not expensive things.
Children of elementary school age or younger, are really thrilled by a prize won in a simple game of skill or chance. The gifts and prizes for these need not be extravagant or elaborate. I’ve tried almost everything else from gel products to timed sprayers. My diaper days are over. However, I have two dogs and we just moved to a place where our garbage receptacle has to stay in the garage until garbage day. We use a Diaper Champ for our doggie waste bags which helps with the odor. But with the hot weather, there is an odor in the garage between the garbage receptacle and the Diaper Champ.
I’ve tried everything else from gel products to timed sprayers. Diaper EZ is the only product that eliminates the odor.

No more smell. This product is truly amazing. I had tried those scented bags for the diapers and they didn’t quite do the job, with this product I don’t need those bags anymore.

It is not often that a product is better than advertised…my sons room was not a place to stay or play in…we use the diaper champ and it still needed help….now we can go in the room even after a bad diaper!….One happy Father!

5. Nicole’s rep, Cathrine Olim is insisting that Kidman is not pregnant, again. What if it turns out that she is lying? How does one get around that with the press? Olim claims that a recent pic of Nicole was digitally altered to make her look pregnant. The rep said that Nicole wouldn’t be ?shooting a film, traveling to Rome for another film, then shooting another film if she were? (pregnant).
If all of the bickering stated above between Nicole and Keith is true, perhaps it’s a good thing if she is not. And it makes you wonder doesn’t it that if you’ve signed several multi-million dollar film contracts, why would one pursue trying to get pregnant anyhow? She has 5 movies slated for production in the next few months.
6. Even a married man can’t resist kissing 2 sisters from outside of Albany. That’s what Keith did at a recent outdoor concert when he spotted their sign. He replied, 2 sisters, 2 wishes, 2 kisses! … Well, come on up. I’m not going to miss this opportunity. Keith has been headlining and selling out several venues over the past few weeks including the Syracuse State Fair and the Crawford County Fair in Pennsylvania.
7. Keith will be returning to Australia in Oct for the Australian Recording Industry Association Awards. Talk about staying power, Be Here from 2004 has sold double platinum in Australia and is still number 3 on the ARIA country charts. And his first 1999 solo Keith Urban and 2002’s Golden Road, are still both in the Country Top 20 in Australia.

10. Do You Google? Here is a Google Tip - If you’re a World Information hound, the The World Biographical Index (http://www.saur-wbi.de/) may be for you. This is one of the world’s authorities of information about people, biographies and other cool facts dating all the way back as far as 1559.
It was free until Sep 2004 and now is only searchable via subscription … but many public libraries will get you into the database for free .. right from your home. Check with your local library if this resource would be of interest to you.
11. A Computer Tip Before We Go … Did you know that the inside of your computer should be cleaned every few months. How you may ask? With compressed air. Ensure the system is shut down .. unplug the cables … remove the side panel and with the tower standing upright, hold the compressed air can vertically and spray the entire surface of your motherboard and power supply fan and any other USB plugs etc where dust can gather.
It’s important to do this in a well ventilated area such as outside on a balcony or deck. And don’t tip the compressed air upside down or water will spray out of it (that’s not good). Just keep the can vertical and blow out the dust, as it causes heat to build up inside your computer. 6-8 good sprays for 5-10 sec each should do it.

All the food is perfect; the decorations are just right but what party games are there that will add to an occasion? Well a lot of that decision hinges on the number of guests and how much room there is to work within.
Party games for an outdoor summer party can be very rowdy and active. Old fashioned games are perfect for Independence Day celebrations. Some Historic music and old fashioned toys can be used. Yard games like horse shoes and bad mitten are fine for older children and adults. Modern theme parties can utilize the swimming pool or tennis courts along with quieter games like charades.
There really aren’t many limits to the kinds of party games that can be used when space is unlimited and weather is perfect. But when this isn’t the case perhaps an apartment complex will have a party house that can be rented. They often have facilities that include folding tables and chairs so that bingo is easily organized. Simple games like guessing games and musical chairs are fine. Even adults like party games that are themed to the occasion.
An outdoor party or barbeque can have pin the coconut on the palm tree. It sounds silly but in fact can be a lot of fun. Simple games that have the right slant can be fun decorating opportunities as well. An old rose trellis could support a makeshift goal post for football pass contests. A portable basketball hoop is perfect for dunking contests. The existing sports equipment or games can be successfully employed.
Party games can be as simple or complex as the guest list and room allows. Never overlook an obvious entertainment option like a dueling instruments sort of competition. Karaoke is always fun and sometimes the guests are very talented.
