I was so nervous about using this bed based on other reviews indicating it was nearly impossible to fold up and get back in the bag rendering it useless for travel. I followed the suggestions of others and put a crib sheet on the mattress and put the mattress directly inside the tent. It took only 2 naps to get my little guy (11 mos.) to sleep in it regularly in his crib. Today I was almost terrified as I packed for vacation, dreading the folding up process. I had that thing in the bag in 2 minutes. It did take a few tries but it was my first time. Next time I bet it will only take me 1 minute. This was a GREAT BUY!

My very large 11 month old son loves sleeping in the Pea Pod Plus and prefers it to the pack-n-play.

We just returned from a trip to New England and while preparing for the trip, I came across this tent and thought the reviews were good and I liked the idea of not having to drag the pack and play all over with us. Honestly, I was pretty skeptical despite the good reviews, but I thought I would give it a shot. Our 15 month old baby slept great in the tent. I liked that the blow up mat goes in a pocket underneath the tent, so there is no risk of the baby getting trapped under the mat at night. I also liked that you can zip them up in the tent so they won’t escape at night. The only problem we had was she likes to burrow in the corners of her crib and when she did this in the tent, it was kind of noisy. Also, at night if she was fussing it was hard to get access to her to pat her back or give her a bottle without undoing the zipper and making noise that way. But that was all pretty minimal given the convience. At one point we went to a lake and it was great having a place where she could rest in the shade, out of the sun.
The tent packs up well. I recall reading reviews where people said it was hard to fold up. I read the instructions once and was able to fold it up easily. Honestly, just don’t over think it or force it. I think the model we chose was the bigger one, so we could continue to use it as our baby gets older but it still fit in our suitcase just fine.
I also thought the pump was sufficient. Seriously, if you go out and buy an electric pump for this, you’re just lazy. It really isn’t that bad. The pump is small and light weight. I did find if you squeezed the mat valve with one hand while you pumped with the other, it was more efficient.
I don’t really get the sleeping bag that comes with the tent. It’s cute and we’ll probably use it later, but I thought it was kind of bulky and I worried about our baby getting caught up in it - she tends to move around a lot when she sleeps. It’s cute though, a little bonus I guess.
So all in all, we’re really happy with the baby tent. Like I said, I didn’t think our baby would sleep in it, but she did great. I did think the price was pretty steep (around $80 I think?) but the quality was fairly good.

I’ve had a PeaPod Plus for several months, and we use it nearly every weekend without major issues. My son, now 16 months, took to it immediately. He likes to sleep in it so much that we leave it up all the time in the living room… when he’s tired, he just crawls in and takes a nap. He also has fun playing in it with his toys. Even the dog likes it: he hides in there during storms. Like some other reviewers, I just put a crib sheet over the air mattress and put it inside. (Although the sheet size is different, the flocked texture of the air mattress keeps it from sliding.) As many others mentioned, the air pump is basically useless, but inflating it without one isn’t a problem. I think the sleeping bag is terrible. The fabric is soooo polyester and not very soft. It feels as if it would be uncomfortable, especially in warmer weather, so we don’t use that either. The bag that comes with it is big enough that you don’t have to squeeze every bit of air out to cram it in, which is nice. The biggest issue I’ve had is with the zippers. They seem like regular zippers by day, but then at night with a sleeping baby, they become the LOUDEST thing ever.
With a nicer sleeping bag, functional pump, and stealth zippers, this thing would be perfect.

A friend of mine told me about this bed. My daughter feels like she has a hide out to play in. As for sleeping it’s comfortable, but she does roll out sometimes and when I have to put her down I have to get down on my knees and slide her in while trying to hold up the side flap. It was easy to put up and move around and doesn’t weigh too much. I hope to get more use out of it in the future.

After reading and hearing from other people about rubber and/or other chemical smells coming off some of the new auto seat protectors, this became one of our biggest concerns and we were very careful which one to buy. We went into several stores and tried to smell the product before purchasing it. They all smelled horrible. Based on a reviewer here that said this one did not have the rubber smell that many others did, we took a chance and ordered this one. That reviewer was right! It did not smell the way many in the store did and we are extremely happy with this purchase.

Shipment was very fast. It was easy to use.
The actual slits to access the latch/belts are wider than in former models or what it is shown in the pictures. I guess they acknowledged prior complaints of difficult access. However, the tongue that slides in between the seat and the back to secure mat in place, now is narrower; don’t know if that has an impact on security; it does not seem to interfere with the installation because the grip of the rest of the fabric is good. It also leaves a wider gap that may allow spills to get to the seats.
The fabric of the protector bunched up a little after the car seats were installed, but I sealed-tight them to the maximum. They do not move at all.
It leaves 1-2 inch of exposed fabric on the side of the seat ( Honda Odyssey/ mid row seats). But it is wide and tall enough to protect the seat from the car seat (Britax Roundabout). And comparing measurements, reviews, and safe installation of car seats, this still seems to be the best choice in the market.
It has two pieces; one for the seat, one for the back, that overlap, leaving more room for adjustment in height. Color is darker than in pictures. It has no rubbery smell unlike others. Long term results ….do not know yet.

I recently bought a Tahoe with leather seats and I have 2 kids, both forward facing in the Alpha Omega Elite car seat. I only purchased this to protect the seats and decrease slipage. I am able to use the latch system without a problem. I did make a hole in the top of the mat to accomodate the teather strap under the headrest. The mat goes all the to the top of the headrest which is really nice. I also can’t really use all of the toy pouches with my car seats, the base hangs over the openings. But not really a feature I was buying this for.

I bought 2 of these for separate cars and I am very impressed so far, easy to install, tall enough to cover my entire seat - and full protection from my super large & tall Eddie Bauer forward facing seat. Padding is good and in the right places - i think it could be a bit thicker, but we’ll see over time.
I installed both of them in small/midsize SUV’s with leather seating and the pad is a bit wide, but i can understand the reasoning behind it since it is supposed to be universal.
the only issue i have right now is the seatbelt/latch fold/opening is never in the right spot for either car… again not that big of an issue, and may be due to the width of the seat, but i can see it being perfect in a minivan. either way, the latch straps or seat belt just presses on top of the padding as well, so its not a huge problem. it has a no slip bottom - so its safer as well. 2 piece design is perfect and pockets have been useful…
i highly recommend this to anyone with leather seating and a carseat that can dent or scratch it.

I went online and retail stores to check up different brands of seat protectors, and found this product worked the best for me. It’s light weight and provides more coverage. It is not as thick as Prince Lionheart one but thick enough to protect my leather seat from any kind of dent or mark. It’s water prove and does absorb a little water. I only hand wash it once and it looks pretty okay. I don’t think I would ever thorw it in a washing machine though. Good product.

The movie Finding Nemo has many popular characters including, Marlin the Clownfish, his son Nemo, Dory the Tang fish, and the characters from the aquarium, Gill, Bloat, Peach, Gurgle, Bubbles, Deb, and Jacques. This is an award winning movie that most kids and adults loved. Some parents certainly had to endure endless repetitions of, ?can we watch it again? from their kids. The popularity of Finding Nemo was somewhat surprising because it was intended to be a children?s show, but many adults loved it too. Primarily because it featured family related content, without a lot of crude humor.
As with any movie there is some conflict that needs to be resolved. In this one little Nemo, raised solely by his father since the mother died is captured by human divers. Marlin immediately goes on a quest to find his son, which takes him all over the sea and gets him into a lot of trouble. It also makes him a lot of new friends and helps Marlin overcome his fear of letting Nemo experience the outside world.
Finding Nemo set a record for the highest grossing opening weekend for a cartoon movie. Although the record didn?t last long it was a big deal for Pixar Animation Studios which created the film and Disney which released it. Finding Nemo is a computer animated cartoon, which means there are no live action characters but it?s not like at cartoon either. The entire movie is created with computer graphics and actors provide the voices.
It certainly makes for a good theme at any children?s party. You can combine it with an under the sea party theme for lots of extra decoration ideas. Kids will love watching the movie, over and over again for entertainment at the party. Don?t forget the fish sticks and hush puppies for good party food.

Many say that the United States should not go to war with nations such as Iraq, Iran or North Korea because it fosters another generational cycle of hate and thus more wars. This is a good philosophical argument indeed. Wars should not be the first choice in human political conflict or culture clashes. However we should also not go out of our way to try to win the hearts and minds of people who hate us and want to kill Americans either.
If someone gets killed in a war with my country I want the family of the fallen to fear that they too may be killed so they do not try to kill my family. It seems in the Middle East there is a rogue element, which thinks they want to kill my American family. I would rather not have my family killed and therefore am willing to kill those who wish to kill my family first with pre-emption to protect my American Family. So, those who hate should be forewarned that the threat of International Terrorism in my country, makes me more willing to kill all those who hate my American family first. All of them you see?
Maybe you are not understanding my position here. You see I care about my American family; my country was attacked by people who hate me, who I have never met. I therefore wish to guard against anyone who hates me and am willing to make certain it does not happen again no matter what the consequence to the other side.
No matter what, I no longer care to try to please the other side which hates, they will not listen and therefore pre-emption is the right thing to do to guarantee I survive with all my family first, no matter what you see? Maybe you do not understand what I am saying; You see, I no longer care to be nice after being attacked. I only care about protecting my American Family completely no matter what. No matter what I have to do to protect them, I am willing; no matter how many on the other side die. I am not concerned anymore. I was, now I am not. This is not about emotion or feeling this is about protection of my American Family over all else! Dear American hater, please know this and act accordingly.
